Important lessons that I have learned from this inspirational video clip:

• A good player keeps going even when to going gets tough.
• A good coach keeps coaching even when his team are at the point of giving up the fight.
• A player-coach partnership will only work if the player is willing to trust, listen and follow the coach's advice.
• A player-coach partnership will only work if the coach not only shouts instructions, but also walks together with the player and shows him the way.
